The candidate will have a diverse taskset spanning areas such as RF, Communication Systems, Instrumentation Systems, Power and Controls, and general EGSE. This engineer is responsible for supporting design of DC control systems for Atlas and Vulcan launch vehicles as well as the Ground Electrical Instrumentation System (Data Acquisition System and transducer interfacing). Additionally, this engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and may include interfacing with counterparts in procurement, logistics, testing, other engineering functions, and operations as needed. Tasks include hardware selection, reviewing and editing complex engineering drawings, parts lists, test procedures and schematics, wire list creation, basic cable design/layout, and harness design/modeling. There are opportunities to directly support launching the Atlas and Vulcan launch vehicles as well as to become an expert in a specific subsystem. This position is resident to the Denver metro area; however, travel may include the manufacturing and launch sites.</span></p></p> <p> </p> <p><u><b>Required Education</b></u></p> <p>Bachelor</p> <p>
