<h1><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Stock Manager (m/f/d)</span></strong></h1> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Location:</strong> Rome, Piazza di Spagna</span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><em><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">About us</span></strong></em></h2> <p><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Dolce&Gabbana is a leading company in the Luxury sector, designing, developing, producing and distributing high-end fashion, leather goods, footwear, jewelry, watches, Beauty and Lifestyle products.</span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Group operates internationally with a strong focus on innovation, craftsmanship excellence and people development.</span></em></p> <p> </p> <h2><span style="text-decoration:underline"><em><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Job description</span></strong></em></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The selected candidate will be part of the Retail Department and will report directly to the Store Manager.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The role is responsible for ensuring efficient stockroom operations, accurate inventory management, effective merchandise flow, and the coordination of stockroom activities to support boutique productivity and deliver the highest operational standards.</span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Key responsibilities</span></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Manage and supervise all inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring optimal organization of the stockroom and back-of-house areas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Ensure efficient stockroom operations in line with company procedures and operational standards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Support the Sales Team through timely replenishment activities, guaranteeing product availability and minimizing client waiting times.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Coordinate and supervise stockroom activities, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and stock control processes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Train and onboard new team members on stock management systems, procedures and operational guidelines.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Supervise and support the Stock Team, providing coaching, performance monitoring and constructive feedback.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Participate in daily store briefings, sharing stock-related updates and operational priorities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Monitor stock levels, product rotation and replenishment activities, proposing corrective actions when required.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Oversee deliveries, shipments and merchandise transfers, ensuring compliance with company procedures.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Plan and execute inventory activities, supporting loss prevention initiatives and monitoring stock discrepancies.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Act as the main point of contact with Corporate functions regarding stock discrepancies, inventory issues and related documentation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Ensure compliance with company policies concerning stock management, security and loss prevention.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Provide support to cashier operations when necessary, ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures.</span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Requirements</span></strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Previous experience of at least 4 years in stockroom management within luxury retail environments, preferably in flagship stores or high-volume boutiques.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Strong leadership and people management skills.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Solid knowledge of stock control procedures, inventory management and loss prevention practices.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Familiarity with retail systems and stock management tools.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Fluency in Italian and English;
