<h1><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Sales Manager (m/f/d)</span></h1> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Location:</strong> Rome, Piazza di Spagna</span></p> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">About us</span></em></strong></h2> <p><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Dolce&Gabbana is a leading company in the Luxury sector, designing, developing, producing and distributing high-end fashion, leather goods, footwear, jewelry, watches, Beauty and Lifestyle products.</span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Group operates internationally with a strong focus on innovation, craftsmanship excellence and people development.</span></em></p> <p> </p> <h2><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Job description</span></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The selected candidate will be part of the Retail Department and will report directly to the Store Manager.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The role is responsible for driving business performance, supporting team development, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering the highest standards of customer service and brand representation within the boutique.</span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Key responsibilities</span></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Support the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall business performance and commercial objectives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, fostering customer loyalty and long-term engagement.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Lead by example on the sales floor, promoting excellence in client service, sales performance and brand representation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Support onboarding, coaching and continuous training activities, contributing to the development and motivation of the team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Monitor sales performance and key business indicators, supporting the implementation of action plans to optimize results.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations and alignment with company standards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Support CRM initiatives and clienteling activities aimed at strengthening customer relationships and retention.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.</span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Requirements</span></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• At least 5 years of experience in retail environments, with previous supervisory or managerial responsibilities, preferably within luxury or premium brands.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with an international clientele.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and support team members.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Knowledge of luxury retail sales processes, clienteling techniques and CRM tools.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Understanding of visual merchandising standards and in-store excellence.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Experience with stock management and coordination of operational activities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Fluency in Italian and English;
