This role is focused on sales execution, customer engagement, and operational support to achieve business targets.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong><span style="">Sales Execution & Customer Management</span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style=""><span style="">Manage assigned foodservice customers and support the BD Manager in achieving sales targets.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Assist in negotiating deals, promotions, and contracts with customers.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ensure proper execution of trade programs, promotions, and activities in outlets.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Handle day-to-day customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="">Distributor & Market Support</span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style=""><span style="">Work closely with distributors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support field visits and ensure visibility of products at customer outlets.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and customer feedback.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support trade marketing via sampling, activation, etc.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="">Planning & Reporting</span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style=""><span style="">Use customer relationship data to gain insights into customer behavior, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and overall business health.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Prepare sales reports, tracking performance against targets.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provide input on sales forecasts and assist with demand planning.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support marketing and trade marketing initiatives within the channel.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Education</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="">Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="">2 -
