Reporting to the Finance Director of the Healthcare Business Unit, you will <strong>lead the local finance team</strong> while working closely with both site leadership and an international finance organization. </p> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <h3><strong>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES </strong></h3> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Lead Financial Planning, Reporting & Performance Management </strong></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p>Own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital and cash flow management, delivering actionable insights to support business performance and decision-making. </p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Drive Business Performance </strong></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p>Partner with the Plant General Manager and leadership team to analyze manufacturing performance, challenge assumptions and support operational decision-making. </p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Support Investment & Continuous Improvement </strong></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p>Evaluate capital investments, monitor project performance and drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting. </p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Lead and Develop the Finance Team </strong></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p>Manage, coach and develop the local finance team while fostering collaboration across site, regional and corporate stakeholders. </p> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <h3><strong>QUALIFICATIONs / REQUIREMENTS </strong></h3> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Solid experience in<strong> </strong><strong>finance leadership roles</strong>, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Proven experience in <strong>manufacturing finance or plant controlling</strong> (budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, inventory management, CAPEX and P&L ownership), </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Strong understanding of <strong>manufacturing operations and performance drivers</strong>, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Fluent <strong>German</strong> (C1/C2) and professional <strong>English</strong> (B1/B2), </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Demonstrated ability to <strong>build trusted partnerships </strong>with operational leaders, influence decision-making and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Previous <strong>people management experience</strong>, with a track record of leading, developing and motivating finance teams, </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Experience with SAP is considered an advantage. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div>
