You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Buying and Production to ensure collections are innovative, commercially relevant and aligned with seasonal concepts and trends.</p> <h3> </h3> <h3>What we offer you?</h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>4-day work-week:</strong> we work 34 hours within a 4-day work week to enhance creativity and balance. You can also enjoy coffee, infusions, and fresh fruit every day.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will get a <strong>50% discount</strong> on our collections.</p> </li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in Fashion Design or related field</p> </li> <li> <p>Previous experience of minimum 5 years in fashion design </p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials and garment construction techniques</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to interpret trends and translate them into commercial and brand-aligned designs</p> </li> <li> <p>Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop</p> </li> <li> <p>High level of creativity combined with strong product sensibility and commercial awareness</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</p> </li> <li> <p>Proactive attitude and strong teamwork mindset</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent Spanish & English</p> </li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Design and develop garments aligned with seasonal concepts, brand identity and market needs</p> </li> <li> <p>Create mood boards, colour palettes, prints, graphics and technical sketches for collections</p> </li> <li> <p>Research trends, fabrics, materials and new techniques to ensure innovative and competitive product proposals</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with Product Development and Buying teams to ensure designs are aligned with price positioning and business strategy</p> </li> <li> <p>Follow up garment development from concept to final sample, ensuring quality and design integrity</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure feasibility and correct execution of designs</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare technical documentation and support fittings when required</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and product improvements</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure collections respect timing, calendar milestones and internal processes</p> </li> </ul>
