We are looking for people open to this inspiration.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><u><strong>MISSION</strong></u></p> <p>Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing the point of sale from the perspective of sales, billing and staff management in order to meet sales targets, quality, and optimization of stock and brand image in the point of sale as well as ensure the implementation of procedures and guidelines established by the company.</p> <p>Serve customers, according to the guidelines set by Desigual, in order to get the greatest satisfaction and drive the same sale.</p> <p> </p> <p><u><strong>MAIN TASKS</strong></u></p> <p>70% of his/her functions:</p> <p>- Customer Service.</p> <p>- Sales and customer loyalty</p> <p>- Carrying out the tasks of product management at store: alarm, folding, ironing, etc ...</p> <p>- Care arrangements, returns, reservations and orders.</p> <p>- Ensure continuous replenishment and product placement for its correct location in store.</p> <p>- Participation in the inventory in store</p> <p> </p> <p>30% of his/her functions:</p> <p>- Team management: monitoring in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager schedules, time off management, workforce management (conflict resolution, working environment ...)</p> <p>- Store Management: Perform opening and closing the store, control, maintenance and cleaning of facilities</p> <p>- Collaboration of control and leakage protection and security issues in coordination with the central services.</p> <p>- POS Management: implementation and monitoring of tonnage processes, changes, cash rebates and incidents. Supervision of the collection.</p> <p>- Monitoring, analysis, information and training to team KPI's.
