<p>If you consider yourself a creative thinker, visually driven, passionate about fashion and excited about the possibilities of AI in creative processes, we have an opportunity for you in our offices in Barceloneta.</p> <p>As a Creative AI Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating artificial intelligence solutions into visual creation processes, ensuring aesthetic coherence, high visual quality and full alignment with the brand’s art direction.</p> <p>You will combine strong creative judgment with technological expertise, translating brand guidelines into impactful AI-generated content across image and video formats, while collaborating closely with Art Direction, Design, Content and Marketing teams.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer you?</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-day work-week: we work 34 hours within a 4-day work week to enhance creativity and balance. You can also enjoy coffee, infusions and fresh fruit every day.</li> <li>You will get a 50% discount on our collections.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop creative content using AI tools for image and video production.</li> <li>Apply art direction criteria within AI-driven production environments, ensuring consistency with brand identity.</li> <li>Adapt and optimize visual content for different formats, platforms and communication channels.</li> <li>Collaborate with Art Direction, Design, Content and Marketing teams to integrate AI into creative workflows.</li> <li>Continuously monitor trends, innovations and emerging AI tools applied to creativity and fashion.</li> <li>Ensure scalable content production while maintaining brand standards and visual excellence.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background in fashion and strong visual culture knowledge.</li> <li>High aesthetic criteria and strong visual sensitivity.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of Art Direction principles.</li> <li>Experience in photographic and audiovisual content creation.</li> <li>Proven experience working with AI tools applied to creative processes.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the evolving AI ecosystem and continuous learning mindset.</li> <li>Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.</li> </ul>
