Set along peaceful boulevards just 30 minutes from Madrid, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 100 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still. </p> </div> <div> <p>The Retail team is hiring a Private Clients Manager. </p> </div> <div> <p><strong>The role </strong></p> </div> <div> <p>As part of our Private Client Services team, the Private Clients Manager plays a key role in shaping high-value client relationships and delivering a truly personalised luxury journey. </p> </div> <div> <p>You will own and develop a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients (VIC), driving qualified visits and sales through proactive engagement and relationship-based clienteling. </p> </div> <div> <p>You will act as both a commercial driver and experience curator, combining sales mindset with an elevated hospitality approach to deliver truly memorable and bespoke experiences. </p> </div> <div> <p><strong>Location:</strong><strong> </strong>This role is based on-site in Las Rozas Village <br><strong>Starting minimum salary: </strong>€42,250 </p> </div> <div> <p><strong>What you&apos;ll be doing </strong></p> </div> <div> <p>A few of the key responsibilities in this role: </p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Client Portfolio Performance </strong>— Take full ownership of a high value client (VIC) portfolio, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, structured clienteling activity, and the acquisition of new high-potential profiles to generate qualified visits and repeat behaviours </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Private Client Experience</strong> — Personally host clients throughout their journey, delivering bespoke experiences such as private appointments, fashion workshops, and exclusive activations through storytelling, styling expertise, and tailored recommendations </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Concierge &amp; Benefits Activation</strong> — Leverage concierge services, events, and client benefits to enhance engagement, build long-term loyalty, and maximise client lifetime value</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>CRM &amp; Data Management</strong> — Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in Salesforce, capturing preferences, behaviours, and interactions to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and performance tracking effectively</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Performance &amp; Targets</strong><strong> </strong>— Monitor personal KPIs (appointments, visits, sales) and contribute to overall team objectives, ensuring all client activity is accurately recorded and reportable </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><strong>What we&apos;re looking for </strong></p> </div> <div> <p>We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed.
