The Hospitality team is hiring a Concierge (m/f/d). The role In this role, you will create memorable and personalised experiences for guests visiting Wertheim Village. You will act as an ambassador for our hospitality offering, proactively engaging with guests, supporting a wide range of concierge services, and collaborating with internal teams and brand partners to ensure exceptional service standards. Your contribution will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction and strengthening the Village's reputation for world-class hospitality. Location: Wertheim Village, office-based with a strong on-site guest-facing presence, including weekend work Starting minimum salary: € 42,000.00 per year What you'll be doing A few of the key responsibilities in this role: <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Create outstanding guest experiences by providing tailored recommendations, assistance, and hospitality throughout the guest journey.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Support and promote Village services, loyalty programmes, gift cards, and additional offerings while responding to guest requests and enquiries.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Work closely with boutiques, guest services, security, housekeeping, and other stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.</li> </ul> What we're looking for We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed.
