The Retail Marketing & Operations team is hiring a Retail Marketing Manager. The role A key role at the intersection of Marketing, Retail, and Commercialisation, focused on strengthening relationships with brand partners to maximise their engagement and contribution to Village initiatives. The position involves segmenting the brand portfolio and defining tailored strategies for each segment to enhance brand visibility, participation in marketing activations, and overall commercial potential. Strategically positioned, the role aims to align marketing and commercial calendars, drive footfall, and deliver a premium customer experience. This role wrequires strong cross-functional collaboration and a solid understanding of KPIs to deliver effective, data-driven commercial initiatives.
