POSITION SUMMARY: This position requires a strong background in manufacturing with a major emphasis on electrical and electro-mechanical components and assemblies. This position requires experience in manufacturing of electrical assemblies, electromechanical components. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Supporting production of electromechanical/electronic equipment (airborne and land based) and ensuring products are built to specifications and engineering documents.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Testing and troubleshooting analog and digital electronics down to the component level</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Reviewing Test Requirement specifications and writing test plans, test procedures and test reports.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Establishing methods of test and equipment required to accomplish them.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Documenting test results and test progress reports.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Performing failure analysis and write a report including corrective action.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Assessing assembly and test processes, performing time studies and recommending lean practices to improve process.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">This position entails breaking down customer engineering requirements per drawing to create manufacturing planning, bills of material (BOM), liaison with manufacturing personnel to improve processes, troubleshoot assembly problems.</li> </ul> SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">5+ years of experience in manufacturing and testing of electromechanical assemblies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Education: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Must
