POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring reliable operation, uptime, and performance of facility equipment including CNC machines (Mazak, Okuma, DMG), process ovens, paint booths, and building systems across eight facilities. They will support Facilities, Maintenance, Safety, Capital Projects, Operations and Quality departments. This role develops total productive maintenance (TPM) preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs (PdM), troubleshoots complex technical issues at an expert level, supports capital equipment installation, and partners closely with operations and maintenance leadership. The Maintenance Engineer ensures all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards while supporting continuous improvement and production needs.
