sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Utilize hand tools, power tools, calibrated measuring devices, and electrical test equipment including multimeters, continuity testers, hipot testers, and in-process inspections and verify product conformity to quality standards and customer requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Identify, document, and escalate nonconforming material or process deviations in accordance with AS9100/ISO 9001 sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Support/Lead root cause and corrective action activities related to quality or production issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Maintain accurate production records, traceability documentation, and labor sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Support/Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and error-proofing initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
