POSITION SUMMARY: The Building Maintenance Technician II position, under limited supervision, performs with a high-level competency in at least one of the following fields: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry. This position is called upon to plan, troubleshoot, repair, and install new within their field of experience.
