The role will embed a structured commercial framework with clear tracking, governance, and accountability, while strengthening execution through key enablers such as the Commercial Academy, HubSpot, and Customer Service excellence.</strong></div> <div><strong> </strong></div> <div><strong>This role will report to and work closely with the Senior Vice President EMEA &amp; Global Safety, the role will help translate strategic direction into actionable plans, track progress, and ensure delivery with pace and accountability.</strong></div> <div><strong> </strong></div> <div><strong>This role will require working closely with commercial leaders and all other functions, to support sharper end use focus, improved execution discipline, and consistent delivery of growth initiatives across sub-regions as part of mid-term business strategy.</strong></div> <div><strong> </strong></div> <div><strong>In parallel, the role will coordinate and support a structured, fact-based assessment of the manufacturing footprint, bringing analytical rigor to cost, capacity, and service trade-offs to inform decision-making on future network optimization.<br><br>What will you do (key responsibilities): </strong></div> <div><strong>Drive EMEA Commercial Excellence</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div>Support the standardization of KPIs, governance, and performance management cadence to strengthen accountability</div> </li> <li> <div>Identify and help scale best practices across markets and sub-regions</div> </li> <li> <div>Strengthen data-led decision-making through improved performance tracking and analytics</div> </li> <li> <div>Support commercial transformation through digital enablers (e.g., HubSpot, Pricing Tools) and capability-building initiatives</div> </li> <li> <div>Contribute to improvements in growth, margin, cost productivity, and customer satisfaction</div> </li> <li> <div>Support sharper product and portfolio focus across key end uses (Apparel, Safety, OIA, Automotive, Footwear)</div> </li> <li> <div>Contribute to strengthening customer value propositions as part of EAGLE</div> </li> <li> <div>Support refinement of targeted growth strategies across sub-regions in line with segmentation</div> </li> </ul> <div><strong>Support Manufacturing Excellence</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div>Support the running of a structured monthly operating rhythm across manufacturing.</div> </li> <li> <div>Track key performance metrics (productivity, quality, cost, service) and ensure visibility and transparency</div> </li> <li> <div>Support follow-up on agreed actions to ensure timely resolution and accountability</div> </li> </ul> <div><strong>Support Manufacturing Footprint Assessment</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div>Support a structured, fact-based assessment of the current manufacturing footprint</div> </li> <li> <div>Contribute to analysis of cost structure, capacity utilization, logistics, service implications, and risk exposure</div> </li> <li> <div>Support development of scenario models (e.g., consolidation, relocation, outsourcing)</div> </li> <li> <div>Provide analytical input to inform recommendations, including financial impact and trade-offs</div> </li> <li> <div>Assist in preparing materials to support senior leadership decision-making</div> </li> </ul> <div><strong>Who are you (requirements): </strong></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred </li> <li>Experience supporting business transformation, operational excellence in a multi-country environment</li> <li>Good commercial acumen combined with a good understanding of operations</li> <li>Strong analytical capability with experience in financial analysis, scenario evaluation, and data-driven decision-making</li> <li>Ability to translate strategic direction into structured plans and support execution with a focus on results</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work across functions and geographies without direct authority</li> <li>Collaborative working style with the ability to build alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders</li> </ul> <div><strong>At Coats Group, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a diverse and collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
