The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods, supports production planning accuracy, maintains inventory discipline, and enables timely customer deliveries through strong cross‑functional coordination.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%"><strong>Principal Accountabilities</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Prepare machine‑wise spinning and twisting plans based on demand and raw material availability.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Coordinate with Manufacturing, QAD, Procurement, and Planning teams to ensure plan adherence and material readiness.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Manage raw material, IUT, sourced yarn, and finished goods receipts in SAP with accurate documentation and reconciliation.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Ensure FIFO, proper identification, and systematic storage of materials in the warehouse.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Support GRS documentation, including recycled RM receipts, BLs, shipping bills, and Intertek portal uploads.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Monitor daily production plan vs actual and support dispatch commitments.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Finalize daily dispatch plans, coordinate truck requirements, and support export/domestic invoicing.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Conduct safety briefings, report hazards/near misses, and ensure safe loading/unloading and proper MHE usage.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Prepare monthly reports including HSN reconciliation, warehouse statements, SLOB reports, MB52 vs HU reconciliation, and EcoVerde data.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Upload quarterly physical inventory into SAP and support ISO/GRS audit requirements.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Consolidate export requirements, coordinate weekly with export planners, and support PO finalization.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Raise NGIP requests for new codes and coordinate Master Data template preparation.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt 36.0pt;line-height:115%"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;line-height:115%"><strong>Education, Qualifications & Experience</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;line-height:115%">Any bachelor’s degree / MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain (preferred).</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;line-height:115%">4–7 years of experience in supply chain roles.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;line-height:115%">Knowledge of SAP PP/MM/SD modules.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;line-height:115%">Strong Excel skills, analytical ability, judgment, and problem‑solving capability.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;line-height:115%">Experience in production planning, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;line-height:115%">Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;line-height:115%">Exposure to ISO, 5S, GOTS, and GRS systems.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;line-height:115%">Strong coordination and cross‑functional communication skills.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 36.0pt;line-height:115%"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%"><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Additional supply chain management qualifications.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt 36.0pt;line-height:115%"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%">At Coats Group, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a diverse and collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
