This role will focus on industrial SaaS solutions and advanced digital tools for metals manufacturing.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong><em>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Support the development, testing, and enhancement of ANDRITZ industrial and manufacturing SaaS products.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise, software demonstrations, and solution scoping for customer proposals.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Lead or assist with software implementation activities, including configuration, onboarding, and training of Andritz team members and customer.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Troubleshoot software, data, and integration issues during customer implementation and support cycles.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure digital solutions align with equipment and operational requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous product improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Assist with internal R&D initiatives related to emerging digital technologies.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience with SaaS solutions in an industrial or manufacturing applications is preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience in the metals industry, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, plant layouts, or equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to travel to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and project locations as required.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to perform onsite work, which may include standing, walking, or equipment handling in industrial environments.<a name="_msocom_1"></a></span></li> </ul> <div> <div> <div id="_com_1"></div> </div> <div> <div id="_com_2"> <p> </p> </div> </div> </div><p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.</p>
