Also responsible for store replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><b>Key Area of Responsibilities</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><b>Sales/Financial:</b><br> • Supports store sales productivity and customer service through processing all transactions accurately and on a timely basis. </span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Knowledge and understanding of store sales goals.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><b>Customer Service:</b><br> • Understands and abides by all Diesel retail policies and procedures. </span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric attitude.<br> • Supports the Diesel brand image through the Diesel Dress Code policy.<br> • Attends all store meetings as directed by management.<br> • Develops and maintains understanding of all relevant company, store and product information.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><b>Product</b>:<br> • Maintains product levels through the daily restock of the sales floor. </span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Communicates product stock level issues to management as appropriate.<br> • Communicates product quality issues to management as necessary.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><b>Operations/Loss Prevention:</b><br> • Processes all inventory transactions accurately, in a timely fashion and as per Diesel inventory policy and Procedure.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style=""> • Ensures that all product in back-stock is sensored and organized at all times.<br> • Follows all store opening and closing procedures.<br> • Keeps current regarding all information posted on store communication boards, and in department binders.<br> • Performs operational duties as directed by management.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><b>Store Maintenance:</b><br> • Maintains a clean and organized stockroom at all times. </span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Follows daily and weekly cleaning procedure to ensure department and stores are consistently cleaned to company standards.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><b>Brand Protection:</b></span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Understand Diesel brand values.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Communicate the brand values to customers.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Support Diesel brand image by always adhering to Diesel dress code.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><b>Physical Demands:</b></span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">The physical demands described must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">functions of this job.
