<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES<br></strong>1. Study design briefs, research, ideate and conceptualise visuals based on requirements.<br>2. Create illustrations, logos , typefaces, banners, thumbnails, and other designs.<br>3. Edit multiple thumbnails and create various size adaptations.<br>4. Create title logos with English typefaces.<br>5. Utilize AI-driven design tools to support logo creation , creative enhancements, and image retouching while maintaining brand and quality standards.<br>6. Perform high-quality retouching and visual refinements on images, posters, and creative assets in line with project<br>7. Ensure timely and accurate updates in internal project-tracking systems, including task status, asset links, and progress documentation.<br>8. Liaise with global teams and stakeholders to support the artwork.<br>9. Strong sense of colour palette and layouts that match the brand image and expectations.<br>10. Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design.<br>11. Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines.<br>12. Demonstrating strong file management and housekeeping skills to maintain an organized and efficient filing system.<br>13. Comprehensive understanding of Over The Top platform trends and the capability to create competitive designs that captivate and engage users effectively.<br><br><strong>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES</strong><br>1. Bachelors in design / communications or related field with 2-3 years of experience in the role.<br>2. Prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft office and other graphic design software.<br>3. Strong portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.<br>4. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.<br>5. Demonstrated prior experience in utilizing AI-based tools for design and creative workflows.<br>6. Prefer candidates with experience using task management platforms, such as Monday.com, to coordinate and collaborate on design projects.<br>7. Fair analytical skills and excellent eye for detail.<br>8. Proficient in English and English typeface is a MUST.<br>9. Prior experience of working with an OTT will be preferred.<br>10. Good communication skills, passionate about creativity & willingness to learn.<br>11. Staying abreast with industry and design trends<br>12. Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI technologies to elevate design outcomes and deliver innovative solutions.</p>
