This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in financial operations and a strong understanding of retirement schemes.</p> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Oversee end-to-end scheme payment operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing</li> <li>Lead and supervise the team in executing scheme-related transactions in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and strengthen control measures</li> <li>Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workflow, control frameworks, and service quality</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>At least 5 years of relevant experience</strong> in financial institutions or audit firms</li> <li><strong>Exposure to retirement scheme operations</strong>, particularly MPF and/or ORSO, will be a <strong>strong advantage</strong></li> <li>Student member of a recognized <strong>professional accounting body</strong> is a <strong>big plus</strong></li> <li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>High level of integrity and commitment to quality</li> </ul> </div>
