<p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><u>Job Accountabilities</u></strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*To ensure all our products meet contracted pp standards.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*Drive ‘End 2 End’ (E2E) production process, Inc. pre-production process, in-line QC and end of line inspections to ensure clear understanding and compliance of KAS quality standards.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*Train, conduct and support the compliance to AS<span style="font-family:DengXian">’</span>s Final Statistical Inspection (FSI) process for AS tms and nominated Self Inspection Factory (FCA) and 3rd party inspections.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*Guide and develop defect analysis and root cause prevention using DSS plus and supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) and data sources.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*Validate inspection integrity with the FCA and monitor the progress of skip inspections on a timely basis with the PU management.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*Drive the application of the AS Quality Manual/guidelines MMS and HTM at supplier and third party and factory level.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*Support platform inspection as necessary</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*Support and monitor PU product safety processes inc. needle and sharp tool controls, metal detection and all aspect of child safety testing according to Kmart standards.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*To ensure the factory have all development and QA sample reports and good records of corrections to contracted agreed standard, guidance notes to be shared at the PPM.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">*To ensure that the correct seal sample, trim card, complete Quality Master file and factory pre shipment are available and functioning correctly.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Associate degree or above in business admin or Apparel part related.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * 5-7 years of Footwear experience, previous experience with large retailers is beneficial.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Detailed knowledge of footwear materials and related product construction.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Factory production knowledge and fitting of the footwear.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Technical engineering and quality skills.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Computer skill and Knowledge of Quality Management and Product Safety.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Ability to work under minimum supervision, manage multi-tasks, set priorities, work with diverse background of people from different levels.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Responsible, detail-oriented, flexible and good team player.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> * Ability in problem solving.</p>
