Ich verantworte die Planung, Entwicklung und Bereitstellung mit Blick auf die Einhaltung der definierten Service Level Agreements. Meine Aufgaben: <ul> <li>Bereitstellung und Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs inkl. Wartung und Pflege mit Blick auf die Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements,</li> <li>Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen,</li> <li>Systemadministration, d. h. Auswertung von Produktanforderungen sowie Koordination dieser (Cloud, on Premise, und Hybrid),</li> <li>Überwachung, Behebung und Analyse von Störungen (Durchführung von Root-Cause- Analysen)</li> <li>Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Deployments, Updates und Patches sowie Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen,</li> <li>Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zur Steigerung der Anwendungsperformance und Verfügbarkeit,</li> <li>Enge fachbereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere zu den Teams der IT- Infrastruktur, des IT-Netzwerks sowie der IT-Sicherheit innerhalb der Elia Gruppe sowie mit ext. Partnern,</li> <li>Teilnahme an der IT-Rufbereitschaft (remote) zur Sicherstellung des übergreifenden operativen Betriebs.</li> </ul> Meine Kompetenzen: <ul> <li>Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer anderen vergleichbaren IT-bezogenen Fachrichtung,</li> <li>Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen,</li> <li>Kenntnisse des ITIL-basierten Servicemanagements (insbesondere im Change- und Incident-Management),</li> <li>Erfahrung im Servicebetrieb (DevOps) komplexer Webplattformen (Applikationsserver, Datenbanken, Middleware, Message Queueing) - idealerweiser in verteilten Umgebungen,</li> <li>Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools und Prozessen, sowie mit Monitoring- und Logging-Tools (z. B. Splunk, PRTG),</li> <li>Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux) und Virtualisierung,</li> <li>Kenntnisse über Datenbankmanagementsystemen und Middleware-Komponenten,</li> <li>Erfahrungen in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und Netzwerkstandards,</li> <li>Erfahrung in der IT-Providersteuerung, dem IT-Monitoring und IT-Operation-Management,</li> <li>Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).</li> </ul> Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil: <ul> <li>Energiewirtschaftliche/s Erfahrungen und/oder Knowhow im KRITIS-Umfeld,</li> <li>Know-how in der Anwendung agiler Frameworks (z.
