<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Occupation Description</H2> </div><div><p>The section head engineer shall manage the technical and administrative execution of tendering and contract preparation processes by coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and consultants, ensuring all submissions and documents are prepared accurately and within required timelines.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Scope</H2> </div><div><p>- Responsible for the preparation and completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Invitation to Tenders (ITTs), and tender documents in alignment with Stack Holders requirements under the supervision of commercial manager<br>- Establish a recommended bidders list sorted according to commodity/sub-commodity. This master list is continually updated to reflect each supplier, contractor, or consultant, capabilities, delivery performance, quality conformities, price level … etc.<br>- Assist in monitor tender responses, coordinate and manage tender activities across the business; issue tender notifications ensuring high-quality information is received for inclusion in tender documents and returned from internal stakeholders within specified deadlines.<br>- Review tender documents and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with the requirements, quality policy, and documented processes<br>- Work closely together with all business units to create a professional tender template and strategy reflecting the company strategy and needs.<br>- Ensure using the standard contracts templates for use in all areas of business including non-disclosure agreements according to the business needs through adapted standard form contracts, in production of design consultant, supervision consultant, service provider and contractor agreements, and agreements of purchase/purchase orders<br>- Manage communication and distribution (internal and external) of contract drafts and finalized contracts.<br>- Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company’s policies and procedures.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Cont.
