Remote Poland | Full time Your position As a Global Process Expert, you will drive excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across the Lead-to-Cash process globally. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing end-to-end processes from lead generation through order fulfillment and invoicing. In this position you will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Digital Transformation teams to implement new tools, automate processes, and leverage AI technologies to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. You will define and maintain global policies, act on audit findings, and drive change from existing to new ways of working. In addition, you will lead improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities, monitor process performance through key metrics, and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration across the organization. Lastly, you will also support the Global Process Owner in continuously enhancing process strategy and performance targets, assist project teams in transitioning activities to shared service centers in line with global models, and conduct workforce analysis including full-time equivalent sizing and gap identification. Travel in this position would be expected once per quarter.
