Working closely with the Transformation Lead and partnering with cross-functional workstream leads, you will help drive change adoption, ensure business readiness, and translate project developments into clear actions for stakeholders across the region. This role goes beyond a typical IT implementation and focuses on driving a broader business transformation. You will work across people, processes, and communication topics, supporting adoption and contributing to a high-impact program with strong exposure across the organization.
