Hybrid Oviedo | Full time Your position As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in RHI Magnesita, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Steel Scandinavia, UK and Netherlands. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a link between our customers and internal stakeholders, such as plants, logistics, and technical marketing teams. Your main objective will be to market and sell RHI Magnesita’s products and ensure customer satisfaction by making regular visits and efficiently processing their orders. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to our company's overarching goals of achieving targets in the areas of safety, sustainability, digitalization, and global growth for refractory solutions. You will have the opportunity to cater to the unique demands of each client and present them with tailor-made solutions that meet their specific requirements. In this role, you can expect to travel both domestically and internationally for approximately 30% of your time. During the initial phase of the position (6–12 months), additional travel may be required for training purposes, including visits to the RHIM headquarters or other supporting locations, and the level of travel may therefore be higher during this period.
