<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver timely and accurate Group financial reporting, including SGX and external disclosures</li> <li>Review quarterly announcements, segment reports, annual reports, and management reports</li> <li>Identify reporting gaps and drive improvements in reporting processes and quality</li> <li>Perform detailed analysis of actual performance against historical trends and budgets, partnering closely with business units</li> </ul> <p><strong>Forecast</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and consolidate quarterly Group forecasts</li> <li>Lead discussions with business teams to understand key drivers and variances</li> <li>Prepare quarterly Audit Committee materials</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Budget</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the annual budgeting process across the Group</li> <li>Partner with business teams to validate key assumptions and financial drivers</li> <li>Prepare Board-level materials and presentations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Others</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain management dashboards and performance tracking tools</li> <li>Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to senior management</li> <li>Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent</li> <li>3–5 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience</li> <li>Strong understanding of IFRS and Group-level reporting (SGX experience preferred)</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Experience with Workday Adaptive (or similar tools) is a plus</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with solid business acumen</li> <li>Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Hands-on, proactive, and a strong team player</li> </ul></div></div></div>
