<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>Candidate is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth within large IT manufacturing customers (e.g., electronics, semiconductors, hardware, OEMs, smart manufacturing environments).</p> <p>This role focuses on delivering integrated Telco, Managed Services, and Hybrid IT solutions.</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <ol start="1" type="1"> <li>Overall health and performance of the assigned accounts</li> <li>Long-term customer relationship strength and retention</li> <li>Achievement of strategic account plans and objectives</li> <li>Pipeline accuracy and forecasting reliability</li> <li>Year-on-year growth within assigned accounts</li> <li>Successful deal closure within acceptable commercial terms</li> </ol> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>1. Revenue Growth &amp; Sales Performance</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Own and achieve assigned sales quota (Revenue, GP, Signing(OB)) for ITMFG accounts.</li> <li>Drive new business acquisition and farming within existing accounts.</li> <li>Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across StarHub’s portfolio (Connectivity, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, IoT, 5G, Data Centre, etc.).</li> <li>Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM.</li> <li>Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.</li> </ul> <p>2. Account Management &amp; Customer Engagement</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop and execute strategic account plans for key ITMFG customers.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with C-level and key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Director, Operations Head, Procurement).</li> <li>Understand customer business priorities, industry challenges, and digital roadmap.</li> <li>Position StarHub as a trusted ICT and digital transformation partner.</li> <li>Conduct regular business reviews and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities</li> </ul> <p>3. Solution Selling &amp; Collaboration</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Work closely with Pre-Sales and Product teams to craft compelling, customer-centric proposals.</li> <li>Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely solution design and proposal submission.</li> <li>Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.</li> <li>Ensure smooth handover to delivery and project teams post-sale.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Profile/ Track Record:</strong></p> <p>Education</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field.</li> </ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in ICT, Telco, Cloud, or Technology solutions.</li> <li>Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts within IT and/or Manufacturing sectors preferred.</li> <li>Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.</li> </ul> <p>Technical &amp; Industry Knowledge</p> <p>Strong understanding of:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manufacturing IT environments</li> <li>Factory automation networking</li> <li>Hybrid cloud infrastructure</li> <li>Enterprise SD Network, Private 5G, IoT connectivity</li> <li>ITIL-based managed services frameworks</li> </ul> <p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.</li> <li>Good understanding of ICT solutions (Connectivity, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services).</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li> <li>Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.</li> <li>Self-driven, resilient, and results oriented.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills &amp; Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Decision Making</div><div>Collaboration</div><div>Customer Orientation</div><div>Learning Agility</div><div>Developing People</div><div>Transdisciplinary Thinking</div></div></div></div>
