We are seeking an exceptional individual who can serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, bring strong commercial judgment, challenge decisions with confidence and credibility, and translate financial insight into actions that materially improve business performance.</p> <p>The successful candidate will play an essential role in driving financial planning and analysis, supporting business decision-mking processes, and actively partnering with various functional teams to align financial objectives with strategic business goals.a</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Support the finance management team by preparing detailed financial plans, forecasts, and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and operational teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop<strong> Forecasts </strong>that reflect business priorities and ensure resource optimisation.</li> <li>Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making across Cyber projects and initiatives.</li> <li>Drive the implementation of robust financial controls and promote adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for senior management and external stakeholders, delivering clear and compelling financial narratives.</li> <li>Leverage on digital tools (using AI) and systems to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting efficiency.</li> <li>Participate actively in business partnering activities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to support collective success.</li> <li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Qualifications and Skills</h2> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.</li> <li>Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering within a corporate or technology-driven environment.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in digital finance systems and advanced Excel skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings effectively.</li> <li>Outstanding communication skills to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels.</li> <li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Working location at Jurong East and Bishan</li> <li>Singaporean only</li> </ul> <p> </p>
