<p>Job Req ID: <span contenteditable="false">21946</span> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol start="1" type="1"> <li>Define and implement the <strong>overall planning framework</strong> for all shipbuilding projects based on Yard capacity and throughput</li> <li><strong>Overview and optimize space utilization</strong> in Assembly areas, Erection Bays for on-going and potential tender project</li> <li>Establish <strong>integrated master schedules </strong>(IMS) across engineering, procurement and construction, as well as across project</li> <li>Ensure <strong>logical sequencing and interdependencies</strong> across:</li> </ol> <ol start="1" type="1"> <ul type="a"> <li>Design & engineering</li> <li>Procurement</li> <li>Block fabrication and outfitting</li> <li>Pre-erection, erection, and commissioning</li> </ul> </ol> <p> 5. Drive schedule optimization and critical path management</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Degree in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline</li> <li>Relevant experience in <strong>project planning and scheduling</strong>, preferably in marine, shipyard, or EPC environment</li> <li>Proficient in <strong>Primavera P6</strong></li> <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>WBS development, critical path analysis, and project scheduling</strong></li> <li>Experience in <strong>progress tracking, reporting, and schedule performance analysis</strong></li> <li>Ability to manage <strong>project risks, delays, and recovery planning</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>marine operations and project constraints</strong> is an advantage</li> <li>Strong <strong>analytical and problem-solving skills</strong></li> <li>Effective <strong>communication and stakeholder management</strong> abilities</li> <li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a <strong>fast-paced project environment</strong></li> <li>Commitment to <strong>continuous improvement and adoption of digital tools</strong></li> <li><strong>Ability to lead </strong>a team of 6-8</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other Information:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)</li> <li>5-day work week</li> <li>Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm</li> </ul> <p> </p>
