<p style="margin:0.0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Lead and manage the design and development of robotics and unmanned systems</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Lead and manage the team members to conceptualise, build and test prototype robotics and unmanned systems</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Perform system integration, assembly, testing and qualifications of robotics/ unmanned systems</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Incorporating sensory payloads/ accessory systems and automation of robotics or unmanned systems at the platform level</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Define software controls of unmanned systems and payloads for different applications</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Generate technical documentations and drawings</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Work with design team, local and overseas vendors and partners for prototyping and product development</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Meet customers to understand their needs, and formulate these into products to fulfil the requirements</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Participate in the build-up of new capabilities in the areas of robotics, unmanned systems and Man-Unmanned Teaming</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Conduct market assessment, research to understand and gain knowledge of unmanned and robotics technologies/ products</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">At least a Degree in Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering (related discipline or equivalent)</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">3 to 5 years of working experience in hardware development and management development in fields of robotics or equivalent</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience in hardware design, hardware integration, and team management.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Good communication and management skills to handle both internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Knowledge of robotics and unmanned systems.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Hands-on approach when needed, with the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience in robotics management system is an added advantage.</li> </ul>
