In this hands-on role, you’ll work across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, helping ensure the reliability of equipment and infrastructure that powers day-to-day operations. From troubleshooting control systems to supporting preventive maintenance, your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and product quality. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to design, implement, and enhance controls and automation across the facility. Whether you’re working with PLC wiring, diagnosing communication breakdowns, or optimizing system performance, you’ll bring a proactive mindset to continuous improvement. Your contributions will help minimize downtime and improve overall productivity. This role also offers the opportunity to expand your technical capabilities across a variety of industrial systems, including boilers, chillers, compressors, and material handling equipment. You’ll apply your skills in welding, pipefitting, and instrumentation while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and food quality standards.
