The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.</span></p><p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Role Purpose</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The S&amp;OE Process Leader drives operational excellence by establishing a standardized and scalable S&amp;OE framework across regions (AMER, EMEA and APAC). The role ensures disciplined weekly execution, strengthens cross-functional accountability, and improves supply-demand responsiveness through data-driven governance and continuous improvement initiatives. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Key Responsibilities</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Own the global S&amp;OE process design, governance, and maturity roadmap </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Lead and drive the standardization of the S&amp;OE process across all plants and product-lines </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Finance as part of the S&amp;OE governance framework</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Define decision rights, escalation mechanisms and accountability model across functions </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Develop and implement standardized templates, tools and best practices to support process execution</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Deliver training to stakeholders and create/maintain S&amp;OE training materials and documentation</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Act as regional support for S&amp;OE activities specially in AMER region </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Develop global KPIs and performance dashboard to measure execution health </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ensure integration between S&amp;OE, SIOP and IMAX processes </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience/Education Required </span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations / PLM </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Strong Project Management skills</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Strong communication skills </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Experience influencing in a matrix organization </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience/Education – Preferred</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Experience in global process ownership </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Experience in SIOP / IBP environments </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• ERP (SAP), APS (Maestro KXS), Power BI </span></p><p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>This position does not support immigration sponsorship. </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The range for this position is $82,207.00 - $113,035.00 assuming full time status.
