The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.</span></p><div><div style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Design and develop vision-based measurement/inspection systems (hardware + software) for high-precision components.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Build and optimize computer-vision algorithms (feature detection, segmentation, metrology) and deploy them in production-grade applications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Integrate vision systems with industrial automation (PLC/fieldbus communications, process logic, commissioning on machines).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Implement and productize AI models for inspection (training/validation, inference deployment, performance monitoring).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Plan and run experiments (DoE), analyze results statistically, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Create technical documentation (specs, test plans, validation reports) and present results to cross-functional stakeholders.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div similar.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong programming skills in C# and/or Python (C/C++ is a plus).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Hands-on experience with computer vision (e.g., OpenCV/industrial vision toolkits) and measurement/inspection pipelines.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience integrating software with industrial control/PLC systems (Beckhoff/TwinCAT, Siemens S7-1500 or similar).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Practical knowledge of deploying ML/AI for vision (e.g., ONNX, detection/segmentation models) is highly valued.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Structured problem-solving, strong ownership, and the ability to work in an international team.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
