assess business impacts and lead implementation strategies at affected facilities.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Provide advanced interpretation of environmental regulations and permit requirements, advising facilities and leadership on compliance strategy and risk management.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Analyze complex environmental data sets and performance metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Partner with operating facilities to establish, track, and achieve short-term (annual) and long-term (3–5 year) environmental performance goals.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Design, deliver, and oversee environmental training programs, ensuring facilities maintain compliance and alignment with company policy and best practices.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead preparation, review, and submittal of environmental permits, reports, and regulatory documentation.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Plan and lead regulatory and corporate audits, inspections, due diligence activities, and investigations, including engagement with regulatory agencies as appropriate.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead root cause analyses and corrective action planning for environmental incidents, non-conformances, and audit findings;
