Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. Role Purpose This Senior Analyst role reports to the Commercial Controller CN/EN/OEM within the OCS Business Unit of Optical Communications and serves as a proactive finance partner to both domestic and EMEA commercial and strategy leadership. The role supports operating expense (OPEX) management, sales incentive plan (SIP) analytics, and broader commercial finance activities, providing insights that drive disciplined decision making and profitable growth. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, intellectual curiosity about markets, and proven experience partnering with commercial teams. This role also contributes to financial modeling, analytics, and process improvement initiatives across commercial Finance, while ensuring compliance with Corning Optical Communications and Corning Incorporated policies.
