This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with engineering, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards. The position requires strong technical expertise in industrial facilities, utilities, and building systems, along with effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration to support manufacturing readiness and long-term operational reliability.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Position Responsibilities :</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Lead end-to-end execution of facilities greenfield and brownfield projects, from concept development, feasibility, and design through construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Define project scope, user requirements, technical specifications, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements for facility-related brown or green field capital projects</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Manage the design and implementation of building infrastructure and critical utility systems such as HVAC, electrical, water systems, compressed air, fire protection, building management systems, and other plant facilities</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Coordinate with manufacturing, EHS, quality, engineering, procurement, construction management, and external consultants to ensure alignment of facility design and execution with business and operational need</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Review and approve facility layouts, engineering drawings, equipment specifications, design packages, and technical documentation</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Lead site development activities for greenfield/brownfield projects including master planning, infrastructure planning, permitting support, contractor mobilization, and construction readiness</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing manufacturing operations during brownfield execution through detailed planning, phased implementation, and stakeholder coordination</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Monitor and control project progress, budget, schedule, risks, and contractor performance to ensure successful project deliver</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Prepare and present regular project updates, milestone reviews, and escalation items to senior leadership</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Ensure full compliance with company engineering standards, HSE requirements, statutory regulations, and applicable building and environmental codes</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and lessons learned across facilities and capital project execution</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">What makes this a great job?</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Opportunity to lead high-impact infrastructure and facility projects that directly enable manufacturing growth and business expansion</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Unique role combining technical engineering, project leadership, site development, and operational integration</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Exposure to both greenfield site creation and brownfield transformation, offering broad and valuable experience</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Provides strong visibility across functions and exposure to senior leadership</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Required Experience </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Minimum 10+ years of experience in greenfield/brownfield projects, facilities engineering, capital project management, plant engineering, or industrial construction project execution</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Demonstrated experience leading greenfield and/or brownfield facility projects in manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, consumer goods, or related environment</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Required Knowledge &amp; Abilities :</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong technical knowledge of industrial facilities, plant infrastructure, and utility system</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Good understanding of greenfield site development, brownfield expansion, facility integration, and construction management practices</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong project management capability including scope, cost, schedule, risk, and contractor management; PMP certification.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience in design, installation, construction, commissioning, and handover of industrial buildings, plant infrastructure, and utility system</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Sound knowledge of building codes, plant layout, safety regulations, statutory compliance, and environmental requirement</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Working knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) and quality management systems</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment</span></p>
