Act as the sites Capital COE subject matter expert. </li> <li>Develop and deliver concise project presentations to plant and division leadership to obtain project funding. </li> <li>Lead, coach, and train project leads at the site as needed. </li> <li>May encompass job duties in facilities, equipment, and manufacturing disciplines. </li> <li>Manage capital and expense project portfolios for the manufacturing site using Planview Portfolios application. </li> <li>Lead five-year planning process for capital, project expense, and experimental/development budgets. </li> <li>Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet objectives. </li> <li>Providing guidance to project leads to achieving goals in accordance with established policies. </li> <li>Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules. </li> <li>Establish and recommend changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s). </li> <li>Frequently interacts with project managers, customers and/or functional peer group managers. </li> <li>May interact with senior management. The range for this position is $147,880.00 - $203,335.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
