Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration is preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">7+ years of maintenance experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment with a proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Knowledgeable of electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental regulations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in planned and unplanned maintenance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in utilities/facilities management and maintenance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">TPM, CMMS, PQA, LEAN knowledge.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in implementing and sustaining CBM.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ability to understand electrical and mechanical diagrams/drawings.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including knowledge of lean six sigma methodologies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Effective interpersonal skills in terms of communicating and managing the maintenance team.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Excellent organizational skills in the areas of project management, time management, and work prioritization.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of MS Office and Maximo.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in cable machinery is a big plus.</li> </ul></div></div></div> This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $125,734.00 - $172,884.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
