The candidate will play a key role in the development process of in-house server motherboards, by working collaboratively with cross-functional engineering team as well as outside partners to ensure the robust design of the boards. Review and propose spec. for ToR switch and network devices</p> <p>2. Design Ethernet switch for Data Center and carrier applications</p> <p>3. Validation of switch and network device designs</p> <p>4. Analysis and resolve design issues</p> <p>5. Co-work with firmware and lab team</p> <p>6. Support manufacturing test and production issue</p> <p>7. Investigate and resolve quality issues from supplier and manufacturer</p> <p>8. Component sourcing and qualification</p> <p>9. Develop 100G/400G/800G Ethernet solution experience</p> <p>3. ARM/PPC/X86 CPU design experience</p> <p>4. Experienced in OCP, data center, SONiC, IEEE 1588, SyncE is a plus</p> <p>5. Familiar with schematics, layout tools, test equipment and compliance requirements</p> <p>6. Be able to travel to US for product development</p> <p>7.
