However, this trend also causes significant DDR4/5 and PCIE Gen4/5 noise problems. The candidate will play a key role in the development process of in-house server motherboards, by working collaboratively with cross-functional engineering team as well as outside partners to ensure the robust design of the boards. As a Sr. Signal Integrity Verification Engineer, you are expected to be self-motivated and possess a strong will to do great things, with result-driven mindset to develop the most competitive and endurance board products.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Execute Power Integrity (PI) tools and provide inputs to design and lab teams</p> <p>• Execute Signal Integrity (SI) tools and provide inputs to design and lab teams</p> <p>• Develop scripts to provide solutions in design and PCB manufacturing issues</p> <p>• Define and develop design methodologies to improve design quality and productivity</p> <p>• Engage with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool vendors for tool evaluation and support</p> <p>• Engage with PCB and CM vendors to understand and evaluate PCB materials and stackups</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>Strong communication skills to quickly capture and understand design/product team needs and explain resolutions in crystal clear way. Good English reading, writing and speaking are required.</p> <p>• Team player to engage and work closely with different teams.</p> <p>• Discipline to respect/follow the rules and execute the tasks flawlessly.</p> <p>• Self motivated to ramp up fast in tackling unfamiliar or new issues.</p> <p>• Result oriented to deliver robust solutions within tough schedules.</p> <p>• Hands on script developments and coding. Familiar with CADENCE SKILL is preferred but not required</p> <p>• Knowledge and experience for PCB layout tool Allegro is a plus.</p> <p>• Knowledge and experience for PI in Power Distribution Network (PDN) DC voltage drop, DC current density, decoupling capacitors and AC transient by SIwave is a plus.</p> <p>• Knowledge and experience for high speed SI in component/channel modeling by HFSS and SIwave, and circuit/channel simulations by HSPICE and ADS is a plus.</p> <p>• Good understanding with PCB manufacturing and design is preferred but not required.</p></div></div></div>
