Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency</strong></p> <p><strong>7.Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers</strong></p> <p><strong>8.Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness</strong></p> <p><strong>9.Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels</strong></p> <p><strong>10.Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff</strong></p> <p><strong>11.Performance manage, develop and train staff</strong></p> <p><strong>12.Prepare and track facility budget then monitor expenses and payments</strong></p> <p><strong>13.Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness</strong></p> <p><strong>14.Prepare and track facility budget then monitor expenses and payments</strong></p> <p><strong>15. Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditure and purchases</strong></p> <p><strong>16.Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives</strong></p> <p><strong>17.Advise on and monitor energy efficiency</strong></p> <p><strong>18.Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants</strong></p> <p><strong>19.Overseeing and directing all construction projects, including review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs</strong></p> <p><strong>20.Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations</strong></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>1.Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred</strong></p> <p><strong>2.Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills will be given priority</strong></p> <p><strong>3.Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering</strong><strong>、</strong><strong>refrigeration and air conditioning and energy engineering or related qualification such as project management or construction management\working knowledge of principles and practices of project management.</strong></p> <p><strong>4.Knowledge of principles and practices of business administration, electrical and mechanical systems, procurement and contracts</strong></p> <p><strong>5.Experience in construction, facility maintenance, property and utilities management and all facets of facility operation</strong></p> <p><strong>6.Supervisory, financial, budgeting experience and emergency preparedness</strong></p> <p><strong>7.Solid computer and systems knowledge sound knowledge of safety and environmental regulations</strong></p> <p><strong>8.License:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Necessary: </strong><strong>Level B</strong> <strong>Occupational safety and health management personnel(</strong><strong>乙級職業安全衛生管理員</strong><strong>) </strong><strong>or</strong> <strong>class-1 manager of Occupational safety and health affairs(</strong><strong>甲種勞工安全衛生業務主管</strong><strong>)</strong></li> <li><strong>Better: Fire fighting management personnel(</strong><strong>防火管理員</strong><strong>)</strong></li> </ul></div></div></div>
