<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Regularly setup, validate and run product using CNC lathes (Doosan, Mori Seiki, Haas) and mills (Mori Seiki Horizontal, Haas)</li> <li>Program and post one-off R&D product using Mastercam software</li> <li>Must be able to set up and operate manual lathes, mills, hones, grinders and other manual machinery to make aerospace quality parts, tooling, and R&D repairs holding tight tolerances and dimensions.</li> <li>Perform inspection of machined products, and document results</li> <li>Assist in other work areas by performing modifications to R&D components</li> <li>Work with hazardous chemicals such as: Acetone, Alcohol, coolant, and oils</li> <li>Prevent and monitor Foreign Object Debris</li> <li>Check and document drawing dimensions using measuring devices</li> <li>Part mark product using provided equipment/tools</li> <li>Maintain orderly and retrievable records of work performed and complete records of test setups, work orders, photos, and procedures</li> <li>Use computer to read and interpret drawings and specifications</li> <li>Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working area (Pick up after oneself. Clean as you go)</li> <li>With assistance determine cause and corrective action through failure analysis in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering and Quality Control</li> <li>Communicate in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, and other associates to resolve job related issues or concerns</li> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: walk, stand, sit, talk, and hear</li> <li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and depth perception.</li> <li>The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds</li> <li>Other tasks/duties/responsibilities as assigned</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>High School Diploma, (GED) or equivalent</li> <li>10+ years experience on CNC lathes and mills</li> <li>Mastercam X9 or newer experience</li> <li>Safety orientated</li> <li>General mechanical knowledge/background</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Safe use of hand and power tools</li> <li>Ability to follow instruction.
