<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Position Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>The <strong>2nd shift Machinist</strong> produces production by operating specialized manufacturing machines with minimal supervision. This is a bargaining unit position (UAW), with an excellent wage and benefits package. We are seeking individuals with significant experience in grinding and assembly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Candidates will set-up and perform all operations relating to the manufacturing of components produced in multiple manufacturing cells. Responsible for assuring productivity levels are optimized. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>•Troubleshooting malfunctions when possible and alerting the appropriate personnel when necessary. <br>•Regulating machining by utilizing machine instrumentation knowledge, including setting and adjusting controls. <br>•Meeting production deadlines by following manufacturing schedules and procedures. <br>•Operating manufacturing machines, such as a CNC lathe, mill drill, grinding machine, CNC mill machines and deburring. Also required are honing and lapping, manual OD, experience with riveting and bearing swaging/flaring. <br>•Using blueprints or design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>•High School Diploma or greater<br>•3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. <br>•General run of machine shop operations, floor assembly, and usual shop maintenance. <br>•Hydromechanical and electronic manufacturing environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><br><em>Employment Type: Full-Time / Hourly</em></p></div></div></div>
