Manufacturing Engineer – Facility Paint, Manufacturing Engineering Department Position Summary: The Facility Engineer leads the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of plant systems and infrastructure supporting paint operations. This role owns automation platforms, critical facility assets, and capital engineering programs that enable safe, reliable, and cost-effective production. The Facility Engineer drives modernization initiatives, including automation and digitalization, to improve asset performance, scalability, and long-term resource efficiency. activities during new model development programs, coordinating the implementation of new vehicle models and/or new color introductions to ensure process readiness and quality conformance.</li> <li
