Through open communication, the Group Leader is responsible for the performance of their team and team members and is entrusted with the authority to secure compliance with their directives. Supervisory/Leadership experience.</li> <li style="color:#444444;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li> <li style="color:#444444;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Demonstrated problem solving ability.</li> <li style="color:#444444;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Ability to lead, motivate, and hold self and others accountable.</li> <li
