The position will be responsible to develop relationships within the medical/scientific community, provide medical and/or scientific data about Novocure products and research to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and supports the HCPs to enable the care of patients on Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields). Additional responsibilities include - but are not limited to - serving as scientific interface between the company and the HCP communities with respect to communicating about Novocure’s clinical development plan and other research and development plans. To develop teaching materials as appropriate, facilitate external research projects on Novocure marketed and investigational indications and provide perspective related to field activities associated with growing existing products and bringing new indications to market, are further responsibilities of this position. The MSL will take an important role on the team, serving as a resource and mentor to field team members. The MSL will be responsible for the education of new prescribers. Medical and scientific expertise will be maintained through review of scientific literature, attendance at assigned medical meetings and self-learning.
