Today, we’re one of the largest interior/exterior finish contractors in the U.S., with offices throughout the country and a reputation for excellence.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Install hanger wire, grid, and other suspension systems for tile and other materials.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Measure and cut tile for installation.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">May include cleanup, scrapping, moving material, tools, or equipment.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Erect and dismantle scaffolds.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked, and labor dollars.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Attend and participate in all required company training programs.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Conform to all company policies and procedures.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Other duties as assigned.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Requirements include:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Lifting up to 65 lbs. (ceiling tile box 65 lbs., grid box 40 lbs.)</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Lifting 5 to 10 lbs. above head on a regular constant basis. Approximately 10-12 times per hour (ceiling tile).</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs. on a regular and constant basis, 6-7 hours per day.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Lifting and carrying boxes of tile and grid on an occasional basis, 1-2 hours a day.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Reaching above shoulder and at shoulder height with the weight of ceiling tile and various tools (10-15 lbs.) on a regular and constant basis.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Dexterous use of fingers and both hands, mental alertness and muscular coordination simultaneously.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Standing or walking for 8 hours a day.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Climbing scaffold 10 feet or higher, 4-8 times per day.
