Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.</span></p><p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ol> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Be responsible for analyzing internal and external quality data, issuing quality report, working closely with production and engineering departments, and continuously improve quality indicators.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Monitor capability of new products process and establish products process control plan to support new product launch.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Analyze internal and external quality problems; discuss with related departments to ensure and track effectively improvement measures and timely reply 8D report.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Identify the manufacturing quality risks and timely put forward and implement the improvement requirements of the standardized work methods and quality control methods, to ensure that meet the requirements of internal and external customers.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Establish and maintain quality process management system to ensure the validity and reliability of the system according to the level of QC.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Identify and lead quality improvement project.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Coach QE to do quality improvement project.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Complete other task which is assigned by manager. </span></li> </ol> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Qualification:</strong></span></p> <ol> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor degree or above in manufacturing,quality management or related filed;</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience in manufacturing or process quality management is preferred；</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deep Knowledge of quality tools and problem solving expereience(SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP)；</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Deep knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology as well as 5 why, fishbone,9 causes analysis; </span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Fluency in spoken & written English&Chinese；</span></li> </ol><p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.</span></p>
